Refurbished Komatsu GD555 Motor Grader for M/S. SRC Infra, AP.
Our customers planned to scrap their Komatsu GD555 Motor Grader due to serious problems. The machine had engine overheating, major oil leaks in the hydraulic system, slow and faulty operations, and structural damage to the blade and front axle. These issues caused frequent breakdowns and poor productivity.
Our team inspected the machine and first fixed the engine overheating problem. After a few hours of smooth operation, the customer was happy with the results. Based on our recommendation, the machine was brought in for full refurbishment.
We repaired all hydraulic systems, fixed the structural damage, and fully restored the machine to "like-new" condition. The GD555 is now back to full performance, reliable, and efficient.

Refurbished Komatsu PC300, Sold to Africa - Guinea
We acquired a heavily worn-out and non-operational Komatsu PC300 excavator that
was initially intended for scrap. Recognizing its potential, our team undertook
a complete in-house restoration to revive the machine to near-new condition.
After successful testing and quality assurance, the excavator was sold to an
overseas client, adding another milestone to our growing list of international
equipment exports.
On going rebuild work of Komatsu PC130 for M/S. SRC
Infra, AP.
Following the successful rebuild and commissioning of their GD555 Motor Grader, our customer returned with another machine — a Komatsu PC130 Excavator — for full refurbishment.
