Engine

Our Engine Major Overhaul service is designed to restore your engine’s metrics, reliability, and efficiency—helping you avoid costly downtime and extend equipment life.
We begin with complete disassembly and chemical cleaning of the engine. All components are carefully inspected and measured to identify wear or damage. Key parts such as cylinder heads, blocks, crankshafts, and pistons are reconditioned or replaced according to OEM specifications.
The overhaul includes installation of new gaskets, seals, bearings, piston rings, and liners. Fuel and oil systems are flushed and restored, and all components are precisely reassembled and calibrated. Each engine is thoroughly tested for compression, oil pressure, and load efficiency.

Engines are then painted, labeled, and prepared for delivery—ready to go back to work with dependable bechmark.

Transmission and Torque Convertor

Transmissions and torque converters play a critical role in powertrain empowered— transmissions manage gear shifting and power delivery, while torque converters transfer engine power to the transmission with smooth acceleration.

Our repair process includes complete disassembly, chemical cleaning, and inspection of all components. Worn gears, clutches, valve bodies, and bearings are reconditioned or replaced to OEM specs. Torque converters are rebuilt with new internal parts, balanced, and tested for efficiency.

Hydraulic Control Valves

Hydraulic Component Services can rebuild or supply new industrial and mobile valves.

We can provide complete valve rebuilding and reconditioning at substantial savings. In our process, valves are completely disassembled, chemically cleaned, and inspected. Worn bodies are precision honed for cleanup and straightness. Pitted and worn spools are pre-ground, chrome plated, finish ground, and are refit back into the valve body to proper tolerances.

All check valves, cylinder port reliefs and the main relief are inspected, reseated, and reset to manufacturer’s specifications. All seals are replaced, and the valve is pressure oil tested. Internal leakage is measured in cubic inch leakage per minute and back pressured for external leakage. The valve body is fitted with cap plugs and painted.

Hydraulic Cylinders

All cylinders are disassembled, inspected, and cleaned. Shafts and tubes are checked for taper, concentricity, and chrome plating. Pistons and bearings are checked and, when necessary, are resized to factory tolerances. All cylinders are honed and polished. Packing seals, wipers and piston rings are replaced. All cylinders are pressure oil tested and painted.
